Origin:
These grapes grow together in a very old vineyard. Picked together, fermented and pressed yields the unique blend that we produce in small quantities. Maturing in steel tanks for a few months and then refined in chestnut barrels gives this wine it’s unique, original character and grade of the Palava region.
