Philosophie – Passion for Wine

Wine is more than just a drink or alcohol, let’s see what Wikipedia says:

Wine (from Latin vinum) is an alcoholic beverage made from the fermented juice of the berries of the vine. Wine is a beverage. Through specific oenological expansion methods occurs during storage for numerous biochemical maturation processes, which can achieve a high degree of complexity and also cause that some wines are aged for decades and are durable.
Excerpt from “https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wein”

There are hardly two wines in the world, the taste or smell the same. It is found in the context of wine with astonishment that the wine from the starting material must [grape juice during fermentation] about the storm, the young wine to the “finished” Wine goes through amazing changes. Sometimes the wine tastes in such an important, ongoing tasting in one day so the next day otherwise. The same wine from the same harvest and pressing is fermented in two different tanks taste different. Also for example, the taste once before and the other times after eating gives a different sensory impression. Time passes and after weeks and months, the changes are less noticeable and quickly. This shows some of the complexity and variety of biochemical processes in the wine. And but that makes the wine so exciting!

I will now and in the future produce only wine “if it’s worth it” and for me it is worth it if the wine is for me and other exceptional. Otherwise I invest the effort and the money in other more worthwhile things and I’ll go and buy good wine 🙂
