The grapes of our Blaufränkischer come from a 20-year-old vineyard at the foot of the Palava. We vinify the Blaufränkischer in different ways. Steel tank, fermentation in oak barrels, classic fermentation in fermenter, in French oak or bottle.
The maceration of the 2015er was carried out in rotatable oak barrels. Further maturing was done in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels. This experiment and great effort has paid off!
