We have the grapes vinified in 2015 in two different ways.
A) 12 days classic maceration, matured to May 2016 steel tanks and aged in oak barrels
part of it in May 2016 in bottle
B) 12 days fermentation in rotatable, closed barrel (own production) and then aged in old casks
